What to build

Generating monthly rent receipts (quittances) and payment ledgers.

Acceptance criteria

  • Backend logic generating monthly rent records for active leases.
  • Marking rent payments as Paid, Late, or Upcoming.
  • PDF generation engine to produce "Quittance de loyer" PDFs when rent is Paid.
  • Angular views to manage rent schedules and download PDF receipts.
  • Minimum 80% code coverage.
