Use Bun as Frontend Package Manager and Runtime

The frontend application (Angular 22) will use bun as its package manager and execution runtime instead of standard npm or yarn. This choice applies to local development, containerized builds (Dockerfiles), and CI/CD testing pipelines. Utilizing Bun provides significantly faster dependency installation times, quicker build speeds, and a modern, high-performance runtime.
