Lease validation distinguishes blocking structural and data-integrity errors from effective-dated legal guidance, which produces overridable warnings. A landlord may confirm an override, and the lease snapshot retains the rule, its version, the confirming author, and timestamp. This deliberately avoids stale application rules preventing a lawful lease while preserving an audit trail and making clear that the application does not replace legal advice.
