What to build

Align rent payment, allocation, reversal, and refund dialogs with backend amount, date, reason, balance, version, and conflict rules.

Acceptance criteria

  • Every user-editable payment action value is audited against its request and rent-domain invariant.
  • Positive amount, available balance, civil date, reason, and conditional rules show French inline guidance at the matching control.
  • Backend validation uses stable field paths/codes while stale due/payment versions and settled-state conflicts remain 409 responses.
  • Dialog submission reveals all invalid fields, focuses the first, preserves values, and clears corrected server errors independently.
  • Each dialog prevents duplicate submission without blocking unrelated rent-payment actions.
  • Existing rent-payment domain/web/dialog tests cover the slice and relevant checks pass.
