Adds the agreed GitFlow rules to AGENTS.md: feature branches from develop, rebasing before MRs, merge commits without squash, Conventional Commits, and release/hotfix branches with back-merges. Points agents to the README for versioning, stable tags, and image promotion.

Validation: documentation-only change; git diff --check passed. The branch is rebased onto the current develop.
