Removes @angular/animations, which Angular deprecated in favour of animate.enter / animate.leave. This clears the Deprecations warning on the Renovate Dependency Dashboard (#56).

Nothing needed migrating:

• nothing in src/ imports it (no provideAnimations, BrowserAnimationsModule or trigger(...));
• Angular Material / CDK 22 do not import it at runtime;
• @angular/platform-browser lists it only as an optional peer.

Verified locally: bun run build, bun run typecheck, bun run lint and bun run test (764 pass, 0 fail).

chore(deps): remove deprecated @angular/animations ... 42134284e7

Angular deprecated the package in favour of `animate.enter` and
`animate.leave`. Nothing in the app or in Angular Material imports it,
and `@angular/platform-browser` only lists it as an optional peer, so it
is dropped instead of migrated. Clears the Renovate dashboard warning in #56.
